10/20/15
Thursday (Thor's day if you're a pagan or a Viking) night I was sitting in my chair at home and sneezed.  Not an odd occurrence, but one with dire consequences.
I apparently was in such a position that I pulled/tore muscles in my left side or cracked the lower left rib, leaving me in searing pain whenever I cough, sneeze or breath deeply.  Eventually I've got to get to a doctor, but I just don't have the time. This week the hotel is full up and I've only got one day off, which is Tuesday (Tyr's day, if you're keeping track). Tuesday we're taking the car to the Kia dealer to have it worked on. Since the problem is electrical in nature I expect we'll be there nearly all day.
My joy at this aspect is boundless (Sarcasm, it's a lost art).
Lately I've been having dreams of Joe Taylor. Well, not about him specifically, but he'll be there, sitting in a room in profile or with i back to me, or wandering around in a vague sort of way.
I want to think he's keeping an eye on me, but I'm not sure why. Maybe he's trying to tell me some thing, or maybe it's just my subconscious  doing weirdness, who knows for sure.
Another odd thing that's been happening lately is when I close my eyes I see a light "behind" me.
I try to turn to look at it, but it always fades away when I do.  Not sure what it means, if it means anything at all, again, weirdness, but that's what makes up my life; odd spiritual things that don't always happen to other people.  I'd tell Rob about it, but he just laughs these things off, they mean nothing to him.  (Sigh) He's got sooo many more lifetimes to go.
I'm sorry that this one's coming to a close, it's so easy to become attached to people and things.
I hope I like 60's music next time around, and that I discover 'Illusions' again, and 'Dune' and 'Lord of the Rings', but maybe I won't, maybe they've taught me all that they can and I won't need them next time around.  Maybe it'll be something different and new that will catch me, teach me and guide me along, I almost can't wait, there's so many exciting things coming.
